Peaceful...finally?

I used my close-up setting for this image.  I thought it was very pretty with the flowers being  more the focus point rather than the gravestone.  Cemetery photography is one of my favorite genre's of photography.

Two Faced

I used my fireworks setting for this image.  This is my friend Billy and we were playing with fireworks in our friend's yard.  I thought that this picture was very eerie.

Impact of Surrealism

I used my close-up setting for this image.  This is my friend Joe's living/dinning area.  I really liked the different shadows and lighting captured in this photo, as well as the symmetry with the table and chairs. He is an artist as well, so the title seemed to fit nicely.

Drift Away

I used my sports spectator setting for this image.  This was one of my favorites for the live model shoot.  I took over 300 shots and it was very hard to pick just one.  I really liked the sky and the darker silhouette for this photo.  The flowers look so peaceful and ironally are dark when they are actually red.

Lazer Paartayy!

I am not even sure what setting I used for this image.  I want to say portrait setting without the flash.  I had a few friends over on thurs night and my friend Erich has his dj equipment and lazers set up in my kitchen.  So many awesome pictures came out over the evening.  But I really liked this one!

Minimal Feelings

I used my sports spectator setting for this image.  If you zoom in it isn't the clearest photo, but I really liked their expressions and the layout of the photo also, Shawn helped out a lot with the benefit. It was very hard to choose just one photo due to the fact that I took over 400 photos all night!  This is my friend Shawn.  Tonight me and Shawn threw a Disaster Relief benefit to raise money for the victims of both Japan and the South due to natural disasters that raise nearly $700 for the cause (s).  We booked 15 acts with 3 areas of music.  It was a blast and plan on doing more in the future.

Storms Shmorms...

I used my sunset setting for this image.  I was a passenger in my friend Mike's car for this shot.  It was right after the storm and I thought it came out pretty.  I really like how the telephone poles are lined up.

Technical Failure

I used my close-up setting for this image.  We were in the studio today for class and i noticed this equipment on the shelf.  I really liked the knobs and the angle.

A Pile of Death

I used my close-up setting for this image.  This is a pile of gyro meat in the kitchen at my work.  I really don't eat any red meat or pork, so working in a Greek restaurant can get to me at times!

Run Rabbit Run

I used my portrait setting for this image.  This is one of my favorite Halloween decortations I keep up all year with a rabbit mask I made.  I used no flash and pointed my spot light at it's teeth to really stick out.

I used my close-up setting for this image.  I know its gross, haha.  These are bugs that have collected at the bottom of my friends porch light.

Enjoyable Section

I used my close-up setting for this image.  This is off of one of my coffee tables in my room.  I was looking around trying to find something to shoot and this section looked cool!

Releasing Pain

I used my sports continuous mode.  First time I have ever tried this setting.  This is one of my best friends, Currie.  I took this shot sitting across his kitchen table.  I really liked the table cover, so I incorporated it in the shot. This was the only shot out of 50  that wasn't blurry in some part of the photo.
